As an integrative therapist, I draw on various theoretical approaches and schools such as NARM, Person-Centred, Twelve-Step, CBT, M.I. and Psychodynamic, tailoring the therapy to suit the individual client’s needs in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place.

I hold an MSc (Master of Science) in Addiction Psychology and Counselling awarded by London Southbank University and am an Advanced Practitioner Member of Addiction Professionals (AP) with National Counsellor Accreditation (NCAC).  My specialised training includes working with relational trauma which is the root cause of most dysfunctional and problematic behaviours.  I have many years of experience supporting clients who come from a diversity of different backgrounds including from sexual and ethnic minority groups.

My past experience includes working for Transport for London / London Underground as a Drug & Alcohol Assessment and Treatment Services Counsellor and working as the Addiction Treatment programme manager and lead for a leading UK private hospital group.

I currently provide expertise and clinical support to clients who are experiencing problematic behaviour - primarily with relationships, drugs, alcohol, social media, gambling and sex.
